The 7 tenets of the Lazy Leader

In my last newsletter, I introduced the first tenet of lazy leadership: make the most of what you have. This week, I'm going to introduce the last tenet: #7, you must want to make a difference.

Let’s be clear. Anyone can be a leader. However, if you want to be a better leader—or a lazy leader—you must want to make a difference and have some idea how to go about this. Otherwise, you are nothing but a follower!
